We are looking for a Lead Backend Developer who will take charge of the team and architecture.

What's important:

• 7+ years of PHP
• Laravel (mandatory)
• experience with highload / API
• experience in team management or strong mentoring

What to do:

• lead a team (5 backend developers)
• make architectural decisions
• work with highload API
• develop and optimize products

Role format: ~60% management / 40% code

Projects: VPN products (B2C/B2B), API for applications, Telegram bots, CRM
