Looking for a Head of Marketing Analytics at OMNI

We are looking for a leader who will build a strong marketing analytics function and help the business answer the main question: which marketing truly creates additional value and where should the next dollar of investment be directed?

In this role, you will:

• Form a team, processes, and methodology for marketing analytics
• Build a unified system for evaluating marketing effectiveness
• Develop A/B and geo-tests, causal inference, incremental attribution
• Build Marketing Mix Models and evaluate the effectiveness of TV, OOH, digital, and other channels
• Optimize the allocation of marketing budget
• Develop omnichannel analytics and customer journey evaluation
• Work directly with marketing and top management of the business

We are looking for someone with 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics and 3+ years of team management, who is equally confident in methodology, code, and business discussions.
