We are looking for a web designer for our digital agency team. We need a specialist who can create neat and modern designs, understand the target audience, analyze competitors, design user-friendly page structures, and bring designs to functional layout on Tilda.
The work is completely remote, with a flexible schedule and mentor support at every stage.
What you will be doing
- Conducting analysis of the target audience and competitors. (Marketing will assist with analytics and direction)
- Designing the structure of websites, individual pages, and landing pages.
- Selecting fonts, color palettes, references, and other elements to form the company's visual style.
- Creating design mockups in Figma for desktops, smartphones, and tablets.
- Laying out websites and landing pages on Tilda.
(If you have the skills – work with other CMS and website builders)
- Making edits to projects and adapting designs to client needs.
- Working in a team with the manager, marketer, and other specialists.
At each stage, there is a mentor who will help you move in the right direction, understand tasks, and improve the quality of the result.
What is important to us
- Proficient in Figma.
- Experience in creating designs for websites, landing pages, or individual web pages.
- Mandatory experience in laying out websites on Tilda.
- Ability to work with neural networks for finding ideas, generating references, visual solutions, texts, images, or speeding up work processes.
- Understanding of adaptive design principles.
- Ability to create designs for desktops, smartphones, and tablets.
- Attention to detail: spacing, grids, typography, neatness of mockups.
- A portfolio is required.
Will be an advantage
- Experience with other CMS or website builders.
- Understanding of basic UX/UI principles.
- Experience working with commercial websites: landing pages, corporate websites, service websites, online stores.
- Ability to select a visual style that matches the niche, audience, and business objective.
- Basic understanding of marketing, conversion, and user journey.
Work conditions
- Fully remote work format.
- Flexible working day: 8 hours a day. You can start work at a convenient time and work from any time zone.
- It is important to be available for scheduled meetings, quick syncs, task discussions, and answering the manager's questions.
- Official employment (not self-employed or an individual entrepreneur).
- Salary after tax: 35,000 rubles.
- Quarterly bonus from 1 to 3 salaries: from 35,000 to 105,000 rubles.
The bonus amount depends on the quality of work performed, adherence to deadlines, and the volume of projects the agency completes for clients involving the employee.
It is important for us that tasks are submitted on time, and deadline extensions only occur for objective reasons and are discussed with the manager in advance.
