The following project activities are requested:

Availability & Reliability Management • Perform daily health checks and monitoring • Monitor key technical and functional flows, ensure they are enabled and reported, and manage/report according to KPI/SLA • Provide technical and functional support for Production

Backup & Recovery • Coordinate and execute backups/restores • Ensure Backup and Retention Policy is in place • Ensure BCP is in place

Capacity Management • Monitor and tune application performance • Execute scaling rules • Ensure Auto Scaling is enabled through CI/CD

Change Management • Adhere to the client Change Process • Perform validation and verification before and after changes • Participate in change and release processes

Environment Management • Perform Production CI/CD deployments • Maintain synchronization between Non-Prod and Prod instances, including data refreshes

Incident Management • Perform end-to-end incident triaging and resolution within SLA • Ensure Incident Response within SLA • Meet First Time Resolution SLA • Focus on workarounds and follow through Problem Management for recurring issues • Drive P1/P2 incidents with a focus on lowering MTTR

Problem Management • Conduct Root Cause Analysis • Drive Problem Ticket resolution within SLA

Security Management • Follow security policies in all NC activities

Service Request Management • Adhere to Service Request SLAs
