OOO “Unirest” and OOO “Unirest Technologies” are the rights holders of the ROSTIC’S brand, the very same one with a cool team and unforgettable chicken dishes. “Unirest Technologies” is a subsidiary accredited IT company. Its task is to develop and improve the platform on which the operational work of restaurants is built.
Responsibilities
- Establish a unified management model for several IT departments: define areas of responsibility; establish a system of priorities, SLAs, escalations, and reporting; ensure the stability of critical IT services
- Assess the current structure, quality of leaders, role distribution: determine which positions and levels need to be strengthened; implement changes in structure, roles, and responsibilities
- Change the approach to system service management: increase ownership, execution discipline, service orientation, and communication quality
- Standardize operation, support, and maintenance processes: reduce manual labor, duplication, and single points of failure (SPOF); implement metrics and quality control
- Manage the department budget: control expenses for infrastructure, services, contractors; find opportunities for cost optimization
- Build relationships with franchisee partners, related functions, and suppliers; act as the block's representative for the business.
- Retain key employees, develop succession planning, enhance engagement and managerial maturity of leaders
Requirements
- Over 5 years of experience managing a large IT operational or infrastructure unit in a distributed network, retail, or HoReCa environment
- Deep understanding of infrastructure operation, IT services, ITSM / SLA / incident / problem / change management, and distributed network support
- Experience in team restructuring, role redesign, and implementation of a new functional operating model
- Understanding of information security (IS) risks, priorities, process maturity, and the balance between security and operational stability
- Experience in organizing technical support for branches, restaurants, offices, and partner networks
- Management of OPEX/CAPEX, procurement, contractors, contracts, and solution costs
- Experience in standardizing processes, implementing metrics, regulations, quality control, and contractor management
