The large construction holding "TITAN-2" invites to the vacancy of the Head of the First-line Technical Support Group.
TITAN-2 is part of the ROSATOM State Corporation and is involved in the construction of nuclear and thermal power facilities, as well as other industrial infrastructure objects in Russia and abroad.
Responsibilities:
- Working with Naumen SD and Naumen SD Pro user support systems.
- Organizing the work of the first-line technical support and managing the flow of user requests. Employees are geographically distributed across Russia.
- Monitoring request processing times, service quality, and compliance with regulations.
- Building processes for receiving, classifying, routing, and escalating requests.
- Organizing interaction with related departments for timely resolution of user requests.
- Forming, developing, and coordinating the work of the first-line technical support team.
Requirements:
- Higher education (technical / information technology).
- Ability to organize the work of a first-line technical support group and manage the flow of user requests remotely.
- Advanced PC user.
- Understanding of network and PC operating principles.
- Domain knowledge.
- Experience with import substitution.
