Responsibilities:
- Manage the development and operational support of infrastructure services (virtualization, storage systems, data centers, server equipment).
- Develop project roadmaps, gather requirements, pilot and implement solutions.
- Manage contractor teams and projects: from architecture and budgets to commissioning.
- Manage SLA, Change/Release management, incident handling, DRP (RTO/RPO), vulnerability remediation.
- Manage the budget for support (L2/L3) and development, manage licenses.
Requirements:
- Higher education (technical/information/economic/mathematical).
- At least 5 years of experience in IT (infrastructure support: servers, network equipment, virtualization).
- Experience in managing technical teams and infrastructure implementation projects.
- Technical knowledge: virtualization (VMware, KVM, OpenStack), storage systems (vSAN, Dell, Huawei), Microsoft (AD, SCCM), hybrid clouds (VK, Yandex), physical data center infrastructure.
- English B1 or higher.
