The MTS Service Management and Monitoring team is looking for a programmer engineer for the first line of IT infrastructure technical support (IT Shift Supervisor).
Shift schedule of 12 hours: day/night/2 days off
Main tasks:
- monitoring the operability of the billing system and IT software;
- monitoring incidents and requests;
- writing programs to test system status.
Requirements:
- higher technical education in the specialty "programmer engineer", "system engineer";
- work experience in a similar field of at least 2 years;
- knowledge of technologies: Windows, Linux, PL/SQL, Python;
- attention to detail;
- adaptability;
- striving for self-development.
