SMM & Community Manager (B2B SaaS) at VAIZ

VAIZ is a B2B SaaS platform for project management that integrates tasks, documents, and files into a single workspace. We help teams systematize documentation and organize work more effectively.

We are looking for an active SMM & Community Manager to help build a strong digital brand presence, develop a community around the product, and attract new users.

Responsibilities:

📍 Develop a content strategy for LinkedIn, Telegram, Instagram, X, YouTube, and Reddit; 📍 Create content: posts, stories, threads, carousels, short-form video; 📍 Manage corporate accounts and participate in discussions on behalf of the brand; 📍 Monitor brand and competitor mentions; 📍 Collect user feedback; 📍 Find channels and bloggers for integrations, launch placements, and analyze results; 📍 Track metrics: reach, engagement, traffic, registrations, and demo requests; 📍 Prepare reports and test growth hypotheses.

What's important to us:

🖌 SMM/community management experience of 1+ year; 🖌 B2B SaaS experience is a plus; 🖌 Strong copywriting skills in Russian and English; 🖌 English C1+; 🖌 Understanding of LinkedIn, Reddit, Telegram, Instagram, and X; 🖌 Analytical approach and a portfolio with case studies.

Will be a plus:

• Experience with Product Hunt, Quora, Reddit; • Basic understanding of performance marketing; • Figma skills.
