Format: Full-time Location: Remote (Europe) Compensation: OTE $180.000 (50% base / 50% bonus) + 0.5% equity

We are looking for a Founding Sales Lead to build the commercial function of an AI-native B2B SaaS product from scratch.

Our client is an AI-native startup founded by serial entrepreneurs who previously built an international B2B SaaS company valued at over $1 billion. The team is now creating a platform that helps companies transform disparate corporate data into structured knowledge and leverage AI for faster, more accurate, and data-driven business decisions. The product was born out of the founders' own experience and addresses one of the key challenges for modern enterprise teams – quick access to the right information without manual searching and loss of context.

What you will be doing: Together with the founders, you will develop the GTM strategy, find the first enterprise clients in the US market, manage full-cycle deals independently, and test commercial hypotheses. You will build sales processes practically from scratch, establish an AI-first approach to the commercial function, and directly influence both product development and the company's commercial strategy. In the future, you can build your own team!

Who we are looking for: We are seeking an individual with experience selling Enterprise B2B SaaS products in the US and/or European markets, who has independently closed deals with ACV of $50K+ and confidently negotiates with C-level executives. It is important that AI has already become a part of your daily work, and that experience in creating new processes and a desire to build a commercial function from scratch are a familiar environment for you, rather than a new challenge.
