We are building Yandex Smena – a service that helps people find convenient part-time jobs close to home. Every day, thousands of people start their shifts through us – and you can influence how this process works from the inside. We have two sides: millions of users looking for part-time work with guaranteed payments and fair conditions, and large partners (Pyaterochka, Perekrestok, Magnit, and others) who need to reliably and easily find performers.

• Low time-to-market parameter, which, combined with a product approach, allows for the rapid and dynamic creation of cool features and projects.
