We are a startup with Belarusian roots, creating mobile applications for the entertainment and gig economy industries.

About the vacancy We are looking for a developer for our product team who is capable of taking full responsibility for feature delivery — from requirement formation to release and subsequent monitoring.

You will be responsible for the full application development cycle: design implementation testing deploy post-release monitoring

You will work directly with the founder and the UI/UX designer.

Who we are looking for You have real-world development experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and React Native (pet projects or commercial experience is mandatory, academic assignments are not enough). You know how to independently figure out tasks without constant supervision. You do not wait for detailed instructions and are capable of making technical decisions at your level.

What will be considered success You consistently deliver production-ready features without constant oversight. You understand our full SDLC and know how to work in it autonomously. You participate in architectural and product decisions.

Realities of our startup Requirements can change rapidly. We work fast and often release new product iterations. Speed is more important than perfection. Sometimes you will have to step outside your comfort zone. Mistakes are acceptable if they are quickly corrected. We value initiative more than years of experience.
