We are now strengthening our team and looking for a talented UX/UI Designer (Middle / Middle+) for our product R&D department.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for a designer who is interested in:
- Understanding product tasks, analyzing use cases and constraints, comparing options, and finding substantiated solutions;
- Working with complex interfaces with a large amount of data;
- Not only completing tasks according to specifications but also proposing their own solutions;
- Helping to create and develop interface guidelines (an analogue of a design system);
- Participating in R&D initiatives and influencing the product's appearance.
Responsibilities
- Developing interfaces for widgets and screens for complex solutions with a large amount of data, filters, and analytics.
- Designing tables, event cards, dashboards, statistics panels, multi-level filters, and other data control elements.
- Participating in the creation and development of interface guidelines: describing patterns, components, states, principles of adaptability and reusability.
- Creating prototypes (Figma, interactive prototypes) and testing hypotheses together with the team.
- Participating in R&D projects: searching for references, analyzing competitor solutions, proposing innovative widget formats and interaction scenarios.
- Participating in the migration of old interfaces to new guidelines / updated visual language.
- Designing adaptive interfaces, including for mobile web: considering content priorities, navigation, and data interaction on small screens.
Work Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in UX/UI design (we are ready to consider strong Middle and Middle+ candidates).
- Mandatory experience in designing complex systems: back-office, CRM, ERP, analytical panels, trading interfaces, or other data-intensive B2B solutions.
Design Skills
- Ability to design complex interfaces for users with professional experience.
- Excellent understanding of data handling principles: tables, filters, search, sorting, various element states.
- Designing adaptive interfaces, including for mobile web: considering content priorities, navigation, and data interaction on small screens.
Work with Design Systems and Guidelines
- Experience using or creating design systems / UI kits.
- Ability to work with components and templates, adhering to unified principles of system design.
- Skills in documenting solutions for other team members (guidelines, pattern descriptions, best practices).
Tools and Technologies
- Proficient in Figma at an advanced level.
- Understanding of modular component design principles.
- Skills in working with prototypes and interactive mockups.
- Ability to use artificial intelligence tools in the design process: for analyzing and structuring information, finding solution options, and developing product hypotheses — with critical evaluation of results and verification of their applicability to the task.
- Experience in betting, financial, or other high-load interfaces – as a plus, but not required.

- Teamwork: openness to discussing ideas, interacting with developers, analysts, product managers, and other designers.
