What needs to be done: • Investigate technical and functional incidents from clients and internal teams. • Interact with developers and providers to solve tasks. • Create and update technical documentation. What we expect from you: • Experience in technical support for brokers or FinTech for 4+ years. • Excellent knowledge of MT4/MT5 platforms (Manager/Admin), plugins, and gateways. • Understanding of liquidity bridge operation (oneZero, PrimeXM, Centroid). • Proficient SQL (data analysis, query writing, and optimization). • Fluent English language. • AI-augmented: you actively use AI in your daily work to improve efficiency 🤖 Will be a plus: experience with API, knowledge of FIX protocol, or scripting skills.
