What You’ll Do

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: manage the recruitment process end-to-end — from job descriptions to offer letters.
• Candidate Experience: ensure a smooth, friendly, and professional experience for all candidates throughout the hiring journey
• Sourcing: search for candidates via linkedin, social media, referrals, other platforms.
• Reach out: write messages that attract candidates’ attention and sound natural. Follow-up on candidates who did not reply immediately.
• Reporting. Fill out weekly, monthly reports on outreach efforts, analyze results together with the HR team.
