An international high-tech ecosystem is looking for a **Lead Java ** to design services with millions of users and complex engineering challenges, working alongside a strong development team without bureaucracy and with modern processes.
What you will be doing:
- Lead a cross-functional development team;
- Organize an effective development process, including sprint planning, task distribution, deadline and quality control;
- Mentor team members, conduct code reviews;
- Participate in the development of architecture and technical solutions;
- Optimize product performance and scalability;
- Interact with other teams to achieve common goals;
- Track and implement new development technologies.
What we expect from the candidate:
- At least 7 years of experience in the IT field;
- At least 2 years of experience leading a development team;
- Deep understanding of software development principles and architecture;
- Experience with one or more backend programming languages;
- Experience with DBMS (PostgreSQL, etc.), understanding their "under the hood" operation;
- Leadership and communication skills;
- Ability to motivate and inspire the team;
Will be a plus:
- Experience with microservice architecture;
- Experience with DevOps practices;
