Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of products and services for the digital ecosystem, forming and developing its architecture.
- Make key technical decisions and ensure their implementation.
- Build development, testing, and delivery processes, improve the stability and quality of products.
- Assist the team in decomposing and estimating technical tasks, conduct code reviews, and develop engineering practices.
- Participate in the development of backend services and integrations.
- Work with LLM, RAG, vector search, and other AI services.
- Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders on product development.
Requirements:
- Over 6 years of commercial Python development experience and technical team leadership.
- Experience in designing and developing complex system architectures, building backend services, and integrations.
- Understanding of modern approaches to testing, CI/CD, and service operation.
- Ability to build predictable development and delivery processes, balancing architectural quality with development speed.
- Willingness to dive into code and independently solve complex technical challenges; comfortable working in conditions of uncertainty and changing priorities.
- Experience with AI products, LLM/RAG, high-load or complex integration systems, as well as in startups or small product teams, will be a plus.
Conditions:
Full-time employment, 5/2 schedule, remote work format. Salary 300,000–400,000 ₽ before taxes.
