Head of Cards

(B2B Marketplace | Fintech)

We’re looking for a hands-on operational leader to scale a prepaid cards direction within an already functioning fintech business.

This is not an early-stage startup from scratch — the infrastructure, clients, suppliers, revenue, and operational base already exist. Your role will be to take ownership of the direction and turn it into a scalable, profitable business.

🎯 Your mission

Lead and scale the prepaid cards business direction with a strong focus on: • supplier network expansion • partnerships • operational excellence • product ownership • sustainable revenue growth

💼 Key responsibilities

• Source and onboard prepaid/top-up providers • Build and manage supplier relationships • Negotiate commercial terms and margins • Own product development from the business side • Oversee API integrations (no coding required) • Drive market expansion and revenue growth • Manage operational and compliance risks • Build service quality and client retention • Hire and lead the team

✅ Must-have experience

• 2+ years in fintech / payments / digital products • Strong experience with card products (critical) • Understanding of banking & card infrastructure • Experience with suppliers/partnerships • Negotiation & deal-closing skills • Leadership or contractor management experience • Ownership mindset & execution focus

➕ Nice to have

• iGaming / crypto / Forex experience • Knowledge of global banking ecosystems • Prepaid solutions & compliance knowledge • API/integration understanding • AI tools in daily workflows
