🎯 About the role
We are looking for a Content Growth Lead who will build the content function from scratch and make content a systematic growth channel: through inbound, PR, community, and brand.
⚡️ Tasks
- Formulate the company's positioning and narrative
- Build a content strategy (sections, formats, series, CTAs)
- Develop channels: LinkedIn, Telegram, Instagram
- Ensure a stable content rhythm and news flow
- Launch UGC mechanics and campaigns
- Work with influencers, media, and partners
- Develop community (AMA, Q&A, series, engagement)
- Build a PR process and achieve 30+ publications in US media per year
- Develop a content pipeline and manage production
- Use AI tools to accelerate production
✅ Requirements
- 7+ years in content / social / PR / growth (digital/IT)
- Experience working for an international market, English B2+
- Case studies of growth through content (audience, inbound, publications)
- Understanding of content as a growth channel (funnels, metrics, distribution)
- Experience with UGC, influencers, media
- Foundation in SEO and organic growth
- Experience managing a team / contractors
- Interest in AI and ability to explain complex products simply
- Experience with AI tools
