Sber AI is Sber's team that conducts R&D research on the applicability of advanced AI / GenAI technologies for solving applied business problems, creating ready-made products and services for Sber, the country's largest companies, the state, and the population.
Responsibilities
- development and improvement of the corporate visual style for analytical materials on AI, technologies, and markets
- creation of a unified design system and template library for analytical reports, presentations, digests, and other team materials
- design of analytical reports and presentations for top management and external audiences
- visualization of complex analytical information: charts, diagrams, matrices, infographics, schemes, and trend maps
- development of visual concepts for key research and special analytical projects
- collaboration with analysts on the structure of materials: translating complex data and conclusions into a clear visual story;
- control of visual integrity and quality of analytical materials produced by the team;
- preparation of materials for publication and printing, interaction with contractors if necessary
- development of approaches and tools for design production, including the use of AI tools for design and visualization
- support and development of the created design system as new analytics formats emerge.
Requirements
- at least 3 years of experience as a designer, preferably in consulting, technology companies, research centers, media, or analytical teams
- strong portfolio in information design, presentations, analytical reports, and data visualization;
- ability to transform complex information and large volumes of data into simple, understandable, and visually compelling communication
- experience in developing visual concepts, design systems, templates, and guidelines
- proficient in Figma and PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop / InDesign is a plus
- strong skills in working with charts, diagrams, schemes, and infographics
- understanding of typography, composition, grids, and editorial design principles;
- ability to work independently on a task from visual concept to final layout
- attention to detail and a high level of visual culture;
- ability to work closely with analysts and quickly delve into complex technological topics
- experience with generative AI and modern AI tools for design will be an advantage
- English language proficiency sufficient for working with international visual references and materials.
