Graphic Designer / Visualizer (FinTech & Consulting)

We are a stable and steadily growing company in the financial consulting sector. We work with large businesses, helping partners make sound strategic decisions. We value order, quality, and aesthetics.
We don't have the chaos of "design studios" — we are looking for someone who wants to work in a calm, systematic environment with clear tasks.
What you will be doing:
You will be the "beauty generator" for our internal and external communications.
Presentations are our everything:
- Developing and laying out product presentations, proposals for partners, and internal strategy sessions.
- Bringing existing files into a unified corporate style (working with layouts, infographics, tables).
SMM Content:
- Creating visuals for our Telegram channel and social media (covers, product/service cards, collections of charts and digests).
Illustrations and Graphics:
- Adapting ready-made images, refining illustrations, and generating new unique elements using modern neural networks (Midjourney, DALL-E, etc.) for posts and banners.
Websites (visual part):
- Assisting in designing pages on builders (Tilda, Readymag, or similar). It is important for us that it looks premium and stylish; no need to code from scratch – just visuals and content blocks.
We expect you to:
- Be proficient in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator (or their equivalents).
- Have a portfolio with strong presentation work (business style preferred).
- Be able to work with text and data: turn boring numbers into clear and beautiful charts.
- Know design and SMM trends, understand how visuals affect brand perception.
- Be able to generate content using neural networks (this will be your super-tool).
- Be responsible: deadlines are important to us, but we don't work overtime if everything is done on time.
Working Conditions
- Income: Salary 100,000 RUB + monthly bonuses up to 30,000 RUB (for speed, quality, and lack of revisions).
- Schedule: Full-time (5/2), no side projects allowed.
- We are looking for someone who is ready to immerse themselves in our processes.
- Format: Fully remote work.
- Workload: Stable flow of tasks without "crunches" and burnout.
