Senior Technical Recruiter

at FinTech company

Looking for someone to join the in-house recruitment team of one of my long-term clients: a fintech company with strong engineering culture and a portfolio of complex tech roles.

The team is small, senior, and runs lean: heavy use of LLMs in day-to-day work, no bureaucracy, no babysitting. People here own their searches end to end.

You'd likely fit if:

• you're a senior tech recruiter with strong cold sourcing
• you can challenge hiring managers without making it weird
• English is C1: you'll work with native speakers and sell roles to international candidates
• you've worked in small or mid-size companies where culture isn't a slide deck (corporate-only backgrounds won't translate)
• in-house experience is a must (agency on top of that is great!)

Nice to have: any exposure to finance, fintech, payments, compliance, or a fundamental econ background. Helps you ramp up faster on the roles.

Location: CET-ish time zone works best. Remote.

The vibe of the team: direct communication, high ownership, real opinions on candidates (not "everyone's lovely").
