User Success Manager

The Art. Lebedev Studio is looking for a User Success Manager.

The studio has its own digital products, such as: Nikolay Ironov, Focus, Journalus, Mokapus. They are looking for someone who loves to communicate with users and turn their feedback into ideas for improvement.

An eagerness to independently find growth points and eventually manage products is welcomed.

Candidates are invited to talk about themselves and their experience, as well as complete a test task: describe which digital product they like the most, explain why, and talk about what could be improved in it.
