🚀 Product Owner | Tenge Bank (subsidiary bank of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan JSC)

We are looking for a Product Owner who will become the product owner, shape its strategy, define development priorities, and lead the team to create modern solutions.

What you will do:

🔹 Formulate the product development vision and strategy in line with the bank's business goals; 🔹 Manage the product backlog: create, prioritize, and update tasks; 🔹 Interact with the development team at all stages of the product lifecycle; 🔹 Gather and analyze user and business requirements; 🔹 Control the quality of implementation and participate in solution testing; 🔹 Analyze product metrics, identify growth points, and make data-driven decisions; 🔹 Effectively interact with stakeholders and coordinate the work of different departments; 🔹 Develop the product, test hypotheses, and improve the customer experience.

We expect:

✔️ Experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager, preferably in the banking sector; ✔️ Deep understanding of banking products, financial services, and regulatory requirements; ✔️ Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and experience in product backlog management; ✔️ Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions; ✔️ Excellent communication skills and experience interacting with development teams and business; ✔️ Ability to work in a changing environment, adapt quickly, and find effective solutions; ✔️ Experience in developing digital banking products will be an advantage.
