Responsibilities
- Ability to impart practical knowledge in insurance, pension provision, and the stock market
- Teaching sales technologies and skills, handling objections
- Conducting business trainings upon request
- Practical knowledge and skills in mentoring
- Conducting communication and exerting influence for development, motivation, and impacting the behavior of others
- Analyzing client portfolio, analyzing portfolio instrument profitability, and interpreting this data
Requirements
- Higher economic education
- Understanding the specifics of adult learning
- Knowledge of macroeconomics
- Understanding the securities market field
- Knowledge of the Bank's product line: investment, insurance, and pension products (will be an advantage)
- Developed systems thinking, analytical mindset, stress resistance, high work capacity
- Ability to use AI in one's work
