QA Tester

Your role in our team

Your mission is not just to monitor projects, but to create products we will be proud of. You will be at the heart of development, going through the entire journey from idea to a real product.

Your key task is to ensure a high level of quality for the products we release. You will support the project at all stages: from requirement analysis to final acceptance, acting as a guarantor that the client receives exactly what they ordered.

What awaits you:

• Influence on processes: you will not just follow rules, but improve and optimize how we develop and test products.
• Functional testing of websites, interfaces, and usability — you will be at the forefront of user experience (from creative Tilda landing pages to large Bitrix systems).
• Participation in the "life" of tasks: from estimating project complexity to heated discussions about functionality with the whole team.
• Work with documentation: creating checklists, test cases, test plans, and refining requirements to ensure transparency.
• Full QA cycle: testing requirements, checking fresh features, and performing total regression before deployment, participating in projects from idea to the implementation of a new product.
• Direct communication with clients: monitoring chats, providing technical support, and promptly resolving client issues (solo or paired with a developer).
• Desktop and mobile testing, cross-browser testing.
• Bug tracking and ideas: you will locate and log bugs, track their fixes, and suggest ways to make the product even better.

— A 5/2 work schedule from 9 am to 6 pm with flexible start and end times;

— Work in a comfortable office. Workstations are equipped with two monitors and ergonomic chairs. It is possible to combine with remote work;
