UX Writer

What needs to be done: • write concise and clear text — taking into account design, business requirements, and editorial policy • work with a large volume of financial information (understand banking processes) • write and improve user scenarios in the application, helping clients find what they need faster • monitor the communication tone — friendly and lively, clear and official, when required • work closely in a team with product managers and designers • be able to work in Figma, Notion, Jira

We expect you to: • have a higher education in marketing or journalism. If in another field, but have good editorial experience — we are ready to consider • have experience in fintech or related fields; experience with an IT product will be an advantage • have worked with interface text (UX): landing pages, pop-up windows, onboarding, push notifications, buttons, success screens. And most importantly — understand where and what text is appropriate • be able to dive deep, look at the product through the client's eyes, and have good visual awareness
