Senior Affiliate Manager Betting

Responsibilities: — Search and onboard webmasters working with Tier1–Tier3 traffic; — Development and scaling of existing partners; — Daily communication with webmasters, identifying growth points; — Selection and offering of relevant offers; — Analysis of reconciliations, KPI control, reporting; — Attending industry conferences and meetups.

Requirements: — Affiliate / CPA experience of 1 to 3 years; — Betting experience of 2+ years (preferably in affiliate networks); — Understanding of CPA model, tracking, postbacks, key metrics; — English language – working level; — Preferably located outside the Russian Federation.

Will be an advantage: — Own database of webmasters; — Experience scaling large partners; — Participation in industry conferences.
