Sber is looking for a Territorial Director for Project Activities of the Territorial Bank.
The Territorial Director is one of the key roles in the Center for Development and Efficiency Management, directly influencing the strategic development of the territorial bank and head offices.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and support the change agenda of the Territorial Bank (implementation of GenAI in internal and external environments, execution of projects to increase profit, project goals).
- Develop and launch complex regional projects: from analyzing regional needs and developing unique solutions to monitoring implementation and scaling best practices.
- Organize and ensure the execution of sales plans for the product line.
- Initiate and promote digital transformation projects in the regions (including Russia AI-transformation — RAIT) in cooperation with government authorities.
- Coordinate ESG agendas: track goal achievement, implement projects, and prepare ESG reports for management.
- Manage the portfolio of business experiments of the Territorial Bank: initiate projects, allocate funding, monitor efficiency and goal achievement.
- Provide support for Gemba walks of Sber's top executives in territorial banks, prepare programs, materials, reports, and minutes of instructions.
- Identify and monitor systemic problems at the head office level, organize work to eliminate them.
Requirements:
- Specialist with higher education.
- Possess management experience in the banking sector of 3+ years.
- Have experience working in business units and implementing cross-functional projects, managing cross-functional projects.
- Deep understanding of banking products and processes.
- Experience participating in projects for the development of AI agents.
- Possess strong communication skills: confidently conduct operational communications, effectively interact with top management, and build dialogue between different departments.
- Possess systemic thinking: see interdependencies, identify systemic problems, and propose practical solutions.
