Currently, our projects are in release and continue to actively develop. We are accustomed to completing tasks with high quality, but strict corporate hierarchy is not our way.

We are working on a unique mobile Social RolePlay game called OneState. Our analysts face challenges daily that force them to invent new approaches to player acquisition and retention, which is why we are assembling some of the best specialists in their field, possessing cool experience and non-trivial professional thinking.

Expectations

What we want to see:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Product Analyst (preferably in gamedev / digital / product companies)
• Confident command of SQL
• Deep knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation
• Experience with Git
• Skill in working with Airflow
• Deep understanding of product and monetization metrics
• Practical experience in designing, conducting, and analyzing A/B tests
• Love for data and developed analytical skepticism

Additionally, it would be great:

• Experience with ClickHouse
• Understanding of game economy
• Experience with Redash / Superset / Tableau / Power BI

What you will be doing:

• Analyzing player behavior (cohort analysis, segmentation, identifying points where the player experiences pain/boredom/ease)
• Analyzing offers, packs, and bundles
• Forming requirements for events for subsequent analysis of product and player behavior
• Developing BI tools (dashboards, charts)
• Conducting research and creating artifacts
• Preparing presentations on research results for the team
• Identifying product growth points, formulating conclusions and hypotheses
• Working with key product metrics (Retention, ARPU, ARPPU, LTV, Conversion)
• Building and interpreting analytical funnels
• Searching for anomalies and patterns in data
• Designing and analyzing A/B tests
• Building predictive models
• Interpreting data and explaining complex conclusions in simple terms
• Monitoring data quality

Hiring Process
