Job Title: Senior Marketing Data Analyst

We are growing the marketing analytics function for OneState, our unique Social RolePlay game, and are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to help take it to the next level.

Expectations What we want to see:

• 4+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics.
• Strong understanding of mobile User Acquisition, key marketing metrics, and mobile attribution principles.
• Understanding of how data flows from advertising platforms through MMPs into the company’s internal analytics systems.
• Strong Python and SQL skills.
• Hands-on experience with ClickHouse.
• Experience designing data marts and working with data warehouses (DWH).
• Experience with BI platforms and building analytical reports and dashboards.
• Experience working with ETL/ELT processes and data automation.
• Experience solving complex analytical problems with a measurable business impact.
• Experience developing forecasting models and applying statistical methods to data analysis.
• Practical experience using AI tools to automate analytics and improve workflow efficiency.
• Russian language proficiency at C1 level.
• Willingness to work from our office in Limassol or Tbilisi.

Nice to have:

• Experience building advanced forecasting models beyond traditional linear and logistic regression.
• Experience with probabilistic programming (PyMC, Stan).
• Experience in the mobile gamedev.
