Our team is responsible for supporting and developing 1C UH and MDM systems, working closely with functional customers and participants of adjacent system teams. We work in an environment with many diverse systems, so we pay great attention to integrations and data quality. In addition to current operations, we have new implementation projects on 1C UH and MDM configurations, where you can prove yourself in designing and developing solutions.
Tasks
- Interacting with customers — collecting and clarifying requirements, developing solutions within the framework of master data management process automation, identifying real needs (consulting the customer on the availability of a standard solution or confirming the need to deviate from standard 1C:MDM Master Data Management system mechanisms), presenting solutions, managing expectations, demonstrating developed functionalities to the customer
- Analyzing and designing tasks — decomposing needs into tasks, estimating complexity, modeling and analyzing functional requirements
- Designing integrations — describing integration flows for master data exchange between 1C:MDM and adjacent systems: exchange formats, synchronization scenarios, conflict and duplicate handling, data quality control
- Writing design solutions — documenting technical and functional solutions, preparing and agreeing on documentation with customers
- Development specifications — assigning tasks to developers, forming technical descriptions and development requirements, forming scenarios and testing developments
- User instructions — preparing and updating instructions for end-users
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of the 1C:MDM Master Data Management system — standard functionality of master data management and master data subsystems: directories and classifiers, record approval mechanisms, deduplication, data quality control, access rights separation
- Excellent knowledge of the subject area — principles of master data and master data management: reference data, directory management and normalization, data quality, record lifecycle
- Understanding of integration mechanisms — REST/SOAP, data exchange in XML/JSON formats, integration of diverse systems
- Ability to prepare project documentation: design solutions, specifications, instructions
- At least three years of experience working with the 1C:MDM Master Data Management system (or similar master data management tools) — mandatory
- Experience in designing and configuring integrations between diverse systems — mandatory
- Experience in assigning tasks on the 1C:Enterprise 8.3 platform, understanding the mechanisms of standard configurations

- Experience with 1C:UH, 1C:ERP. Holding Management
- "1C:Professional" certification for "1C:MDM Master Data Management" (rev. 2.5)
- Experience with Confluence and Jira — maintaining project documentation, assigning and tracking tasks
- "1C:Professional" certification for the "1C:Enterprise 8.3" platform; "1C:Specialist-Consultant" certification for "1C:Holding Management"
- Practical experience with neural networks and AI tools — to accelerate documentation writing, data analysis and processing
- Experience with Vanessa-Automation — creating simple testing scenarios
