The media group AVM Media is looking for a TV Program Editor for "Privet, Andrey!" and "Pesni ot vsey dushi".
AVM Media creates television projects that the whole country watches and loves. "Privet, Andrey!" and "Pesni ot vsey dushi" are sincere stories, nostalgia, and genuine emotions and feelings on air. They are currently looking for an Editor to join the team, someone who will not just "fill" the episodes, but make them brighter.
Responsibilities:
- Generate topics for programs that resonate with a million-strong audience
- Write full episode scripts (including musical numbers and their thematic connection to the heroes' stories)
- Independently search for guests, gather their biographies, verify information
- Work with archives: search for photo, video, and audio materials (including rare recordings of Soviet pop music)
- In-person interaction with guests on set: preparation for the broadcast, psychological support, monitoring performance timing
Requirements:
- Higher education in journalism
- At least 1 year of television work experience (preferably in the editorial office of talk shows and music programs)
- Basic knowledge of Soviet culture: music, cinema, television, everyday culture
- Skill in writing texts for the host and script dialogues
- Stress resistance, responsibility for deadlines, teamwork skills
- Sociability. Not afraid of live communication with a wide variety of people — from stars to elderly people from the provinces
