Product Manager

Key Responsibilities: • Generate and develop product concepts based on functionality, market trends, and client needs. • Monitor the Dubai and Abu Dhabi residential and commercial real estate market. • Research customer behavior and translate insights into actionable product features. • Define clear technical and aesthetic requirements. • Plan and manage the entire product development process from concept to execution. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external consultants. • Ensure design and construction remain aligned with the approved product concept and quality standards by reviewing and providing recommendations. • Support marketing and sales with accurate and consistent product information. • Maintain internal product standards and organize structured data for future projects.

Required Qualifications • Bachelor's/Master's degree in in Marketing, Economics, Management or Architecture. • Experience in the real estate market for at least 5 years (residential/non-residential real estate, class of objects: business/premium/luxury). • Experience in a similar position for at least 3 years, experience and expertise in terms of development of development products, in the following areas: marketing analytics, sales, engineering (architecture, interior design, landscaping), service and management. • AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, MS Project, Excel user, at a level sufficient for viewing the material, sketching, forming recommendations. • English language skills at Advanced level.

Preferred Qualifications • Additional education: management, economics, marketing.

Skills and Competencies • Ambidextrous with an analytical mind and the ability to work with massive amounts of data, while being creative and innovative. • Ability to analyze, collect and interpret data and make decisions based on facts. • Ability to multitask effectively, ability to inspire and motivate a team, ability to take responsibility for results and communication with related departments, attention to detail.
