Job Description

An international product company in the marketplace and digital services sector is seeking a Product Lead to launch and develop the Trust & Safety domain in international markets.

This is an opportunity to build one of the company's key product areas from scratch, responsible for user safety, fraud prevention, platform trust, and sustainable business growth.

🔸Your responsibilities will include:

– Formulating a Trust & Safety development strategy for several countries, considering local specifics, user behavior, and fraud scenarios.

– Creating and scaling a team responsible for anti-fraud, moderation, and risk management.

– Defining the product roadmap and managing the development of solutions impacting millions of users.

– Building collaboration with product, technical, analytics, and business teams.

– Developing a system of metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of anti-fraud tools and the level of user trust.

– Participating in new market launches and creating processes in a high-growth, uncertain environment.

🔸We are looking for someone who:

– Has experience launching or developing products in Trust & Safety, Anti-Fraud, Risk Management, or Cybersecurity.

– Knows how to build processes and teams practically from scratch.

– Has experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, classifieds, fintech, payment, or transactional services (an advantage).

– Has worked in international companies across multiple markets simultaneously.

– Is ready for a hybrid work format and willing to come to the Moscow office several times a week.
