Seeking Senior C++ Developer (VoIP/Telecom)
Format: Remote (RF), location RF
Project: until the end of the year with continuation

Who we are looking for:
A strong C developer with a background in VoIP / media streaming.
Need to not just write code, but be able to extract maximum performance from low-level systems in Linux.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of C development in a production environment
- Experience with VoIP/telephony or media streaming
- Experience in profiling and performance optimization
- Ability to work in a team and a proactive attitude
Mandatory Requirements:
- Programming Languages: solid knowledge of C (main project language) and Perl (additional, for tests)
- Systems Programming: experience in developing low-level and high-load applications in Linux
- Network Technologies:
- Deep understanding of RTP/RTCP, SIP, SDP protocols
- Knowledge of UDP/TCP, network sockets, multicast
- Linux Systems: administration, kernel interaction, netfilter/iptables
- Audio/Video Codecs: understanding the principles of G.711, G.729, H.264, etc.
Infrastructure Skills:
- Git (working with pull requests, code review)
- Build Systems (Make, CMake)
- Debugging and Profiling (gdb, valgrind, perf)
Desirable Skills:
- Knowledge of additional languages: Python, Shell scripting
- Experience with Kamailio, OpenSIPS, Asterisk, or other SIP servers
- Understanding of WebRTC technologies
- Experience with high-load systems
- Knowledge of monitoring protocols (SNMP, Prometheus metrics)
