Help us build the future of video communication! The development team of the 1C:Enterprise platform is creating a scalable video calling mechanism that connects thousands of users in a unified space for real-time communication. We are looking for a talented C++ developer who not only writes code but wants to influence the architecture and technical development of a product that millions of users rely on.

What awaits you

• Development and improvement of video calling systems supporting thousands of simultaneous participants.
• Design and implementation of video calling logic in the 1C:Enterprise platform on Windows, Linux, macOS, and Web.
• Working with media streams and signaling logic of media servers.
• Optimization of audio and video quality, load balancing, and fault tolerance improvement.
• Deep profiling and performance optimization — from algorithms to the system level.

Our goals and ambitions

We have already implemented personal and group calls in the browser and native client. But our goal is to create a new generation of video communication for business: a reliable, scalable, and flexibly extensible system based on modern technologies and architectural solutions.

What we expect from you

• Proficient in C++ for Linux and Windows.
• Understanding of WebRTC principles and protocols.
• Experience with media servers: Janus (preferred), Kurento, Jitsi.
• Knowledge of distributed and fault-tolerant system design principles.
• Excellent OOP skills, knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
• System and algorithmic thinking skills, ability to write clean and efficient code.
• Reverse engineering experience will be a big plus.

It would be great if you have

• Knowledge of Assembly (x86, ARM), Intrinsics, Disassembly
• Experience with codecs and streams (audio/video streaming)
• Digital Signal Processing (DSP) skills
• Experience optimizing for high-load scenarios
• Deep understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, UDP)

Why us?

• Opportunity to influence the architecture of a key direction of the largest platform in Russia.
• Working with real-world scale — thousands of users in one call.
• A team of engineers who value elegant solutions, quality, and performance.
• Space for optimization and technical growth.

If you are ready to take on a technical challenge, build a world-class system, and implement bold engineering ideas — we are waiting for your resume!
