Project Manager Assistant / Junior Project Manager (Corporate Reporting)

Hi, we are the "Zebra" team. For over 25 years, we have been successfully creating corporate communication tools for the largest companies in Russia, the CIS, and abroad. More than 100 companies from the RBC 500 list trust us. Our projects are corporate reports — large and beautiful books with important business indicators.

We are currently looking for someone who connects their professional path with the management of communication projects and wants to grow into a project manager. This is an entry-level position that allows you to learn from the very basics how large-scale and interesting projects are created and managed. You will assist the manager on projects, communicate with the client, and interact with the team (designers, layout specialists, editors, proofreaders, and others).

Scope of tasks:

1. Project management with curator involvement: — participation in deadline planning — checking design mockups and texts, quality of edits made — styling (working with Word documents, preparing content for layout: setting heading levels, text and numerical callouts, bulleted/numbered lists, etc.) — independent management of some processes within projects
2. Client communication: — conducting dialogue on work-related issues, processing incoming information
3. Interaction with project team members: — for task distribution and status updates
4. Documentation: — assistance in filling out documents, compiling tables, databases — compiling and filling out project status charts — filling out project passports and keeping them up-to-date
