Vacancy: System Administrator / IT Support Engineer
Responsibilities:
- User support and resolution of technical incidents
- Management of employee accounts and access
- Employee onboarding and offboarding
- Support for macOS and Windows devices
- Configuration and maintenance of VPN, Wi-Fi, and network equipment
- Support for Google Workspace and internal services
- Equipment accounting and inventory
- Support for office infrastructure
Requirements:
- Experience as a System Administrator or IT Support Engineer
- Experience supporting users in a corporate environment
- Experience with macOS and Windows
- Understanding of networks (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, VPN)
- Experience with accounts and access management
- Experience with Apple Business Manager, MDM, Unifi, and IP telephony will be a plus
Conditions:
- Hybrid work format
- Occasional business trips within Kazakhstan are possible at the company's expense
