Position Summary
We are looking for a IT Support Engineer to join the IT Operations and Support team, with a focus on supporting and operating the company’s IT systems and infrastructure in the Public Cloud. This role requires strong attention to detail, a solid understanding of cloud fundamentals, and good communication skills for interacting with colleagues and users.
The role requires experience in operating and supporting various IT systems in modern Public Clouds, the ability to work effectively in a team, and to resolve issues promptly. Skills in building efficient interaction processes with different departments and teams will also be valuable.
