🚀 Vacancy: Lead Motion Designer 🚀
We are BLACKHUB Games, developing the online mobile game BLACK RUSSIA, which is played daily by over 900,000 users, with an online peak of 100,000 players at any given moment! We are now looking for a Lead Motion Designer to join our team.
🎮🔥 What you will be doing:
- Leading the 3D Motion Design department: assigning tasks, monitoring deadlines and quality, conducting reviews.
- Creating static and animated 3D content for social media (VK, Telegram, YouTube, TikTok).
- Managing the full production cycle: from idea, references, and storyboard to the final video.
- Developing visual concepts, motion approaches, and new content formats.
- Collaborating with marketing, 2D design, game design, and 3D teams.
🎮🔥 What is important to us:
- 3+ years of experience in creating 3D motion content.
- Experience leading a team or coordinating production processes.
- Proficient in Unreal Engine 5 and ready to work hands-on.
- Proficiency in After Effects and other editing and post-production tools.
- Experience with Blender, Cinema 4D, iClone, or similar 3D tools.
- Understanding of composition, editing, lighting, materials, and visual storytelling.
- Up-to-date portfolio with examples of 3D motion, cinematic, promo, or game content.
