Responsibilities: 🔸Manage the SEO direction for large and federal projects: form strategy, prioritize tasks, and be responsible for the quality of SEO solutions. 🔸Generate and test growth hypotheses: regarding structure, semantics, technical optimization, indexing, content, link profile, and other growth areas. 🔸Set tasks for the team, validate specialists' solutions, and help bring the strategy to implementation. 🔸Analyze client projects, identify growth opportunities, and explain why specific actions will yield results. 🔸Participate in client meetings on strategic issues: present proposals, justify decisions, and defend the SEO strategy. 🔸Develop SEO processes using automation, neural networks, and AI tools.

Important: Project managers handle process organization, timelines, communication, and regular client management. You do not need to be constantly in touch with the client.

Requirements: 🔸At least 5 years of experience in SEO. 🔸Experience working with large, complex, or federal projects. 🔸Ability to build an SEO strategy not only at the level of individual tasks but also at the level of business results: traffic, leads, sales. 🔸Strong expertise in technical SEO, semantics, site structure, indexing, analytics, and identifying growth opportunities. 🔸Ability to work through a team: set clear tasks, check the quality of solutions, and help junior/middle specialists move within the strategy. 🔸Ability to formulate and defend your proposals to the client. 🔸Experience in automating your work: scripts, parsers, templates, AI tools, neural networks, or other methods to speed up SEO processes. 🔸Interest in the digitalization of SEO processes and a desire to use neural networks not just for show but as a working tool.
