Made of Storm is looking for a Lead Business Analyst for the Billing stream — a person who will lead the business analysis direction and become a key participant in the development of the product's payment infrastructure.

📌 What you will do

— Develop and coordinate a team of business analysts; — Manage payment initiatives end-to-end: from discovery to results evaluation after release; — Design and describe payment processes, integrations with PSPs, banks, and external services; — Work with transactions, refunds, antifraud, and compliance processes; — Together with the Product Lead, evaluate initiatives, define success criteria, and impact on business metrics; — Manage requirements, risks, and dependencies within the payment platform; — Interact with Product, Engineering, Finance, Risk, Legal, and Compliance teams; — Participate in the development of the payment platform, launch of new payment methods, and entry into new markets.

📌 What we expect

— 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis; — Experience in managing or mentoring analysts; — Experience with payments, PSP integrations, billing platforms, fintech, or iGaming products; — Understanding of the payment lifecycle: transactions, refunds, chargebacks, reconciliation; — Experience with APIs and external services; — Proficient in BPMN, UML, Jira, Confluence, and Miro; — Knowledge of PCI DSS, KYC, AML, and antifraud processes; — Systems thinking and a data-driven approach.
