Seeking a BDM with a focus on sales and accounting:
Responsibilities: ➡️ Actively search for and attract new online operators, aggregators, and platforms in the CIS and European markets. ➡️ Formulate and manage the sales funnel (pipeline), including lead qualification and forecasting. ➡️ Conduct high-level negotiations, present the slot game portfolio, demonstrate product value, and agree on commercial terms of cooperation. ➡️ Coordinate the integration process with the internal technical team and the partner. ➡️ Regularly analyze game performance with partners (GGR, In/Out, player retention, RTP performance, overall effectiveness), as well as monitor the market, analyze competitor actions, collect feedback from partners, and transfer insights to the product team. ➡️ Participate in specialized iGaming conferences, exhibitions, and industry events (both offline and online).
Requirements:
🔴Mandatory sales experience in iGaming / betting / gambling; 🔴Understanding of the market specifics and its dynamics; 🔴Ability to work with international clients; 🔴Result-oriented and ability to influence metrics.
