Hello everyone! We are looking for a BDM with a focus on sales and accounting:
- Active search and attraction of new online operators, aggregators, and platforms in the CIS and European markets.
- Formation and management of the sales funnel (pipeline), including lead qualification and forecasting.
- Conducting high-level negotiations, presenting the portfolio of slot games, and demonstrating product value. Agreeing on commercial terms of cooperation.
- Coordination of the integration process with the internal technical team and the partner.
- Regular analysis of game performance with partners (GGR, In/Out, player retention, RTP performance, overall effectiveness), as well as market monitoring, competitor analysis, feedback collection from partners, and relaying insights to the product team.
- Participation in specialized iGaming conferences, exhibitions, and industry events (both offline and online).
Requirements:
- Mandatory sales experience in iGaming / betting / gambling;
- Understanding of the market specifics and its dynamics;
- Ability to work with international clients;
- Results-oriented and ability to influence metrics.
