🔥 BDM in iGaming Affiliate Network (Middle+ / Senior)

We are looking for a Business Development Manager for an international CPA network in iGaming (Gambling / Betting). On the market for 10+ years, a huge advertiser base.

What you'll do:

Work with a pool of advertisers: development, retention, volume growth (upsell / retention) Resolve disputes and issues regarding reports and payments Attract new products and advertisers, including from industry conferences Work with Tier-1 (Europe, Australia, Canada) and LatAm

What's interesting:

Minimum cold outreach: the new BDM will be handed over a ready portfolio (active clients + segment for revival) Routine tasks are handled by others: Sales Support sets up offers, the tech department handles integrations, back-office manages reconciliations and payments. You focus on sales and relationships Income = fixed salary + monthly % of profit/turnover with no ceiling, and the bonus part is more significant than the fixed salary BizDev team of about 10 people, led by the CBDO

What we're looking for:

Work experience specifically with advertisers in iGaming (not just with webmasters and traffic) Experience with Tier-1 and/or LatAm geos English B2/C1, fluent calls with foreign clients Plus: understanding of SEO traffic
