Business Development Manager (iGaming)

Do you want to not just "be in the know," but actually drive partnerships and close great deals? We need a BDM who lives and breathes the iGaming market and can speak the same language as advertisers. Your area is exclusively advertisers: from the first contact to scaling and fine-tuning traffic for their KPIs. No blurred lines of responsibility — only what brings results.

What you will do:

• Hunt new advertisers and quickly onboard them;
• Conduct negotiations and close deals — no unnecessary talk, straight to the point;
• Keep your finger on the pulse: ensure traffic goes to those who actually need it and meets KPIs;
• Distribute traffic across your units so that both the advertiser is satisfied and the team maintains efficiency;
• Analyze data and make quick decisions: where to boost, where to cut, where to readjust;
• Constantly keep in mind who is currently at the top in key markets and don't miss out on promising partners.
