Senior Python Developer

Full-time/Company: RTlabs (Gosuslugi)

Hybrid work format: 3 days a week in the office and 2 days at home for Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kazan, Yaroslavl, Nizhny Novgorod, Voronezh, Krasnodar, Samara, Yekaterinburg. Remote work format in other regions of the Russian Federation. Employment: full-time (Labor Code of the Russian Federation)

RTlabs creates and develops large-scale digital services for Gosuslugi — the portal, mobile applications, socially significant services, and e-government systems. Our team makes the lives of millions of users easier and allows them to solve life issues in a few clicks.

Our team participates in the Address Notification Constructor project, which is a multi-user web service that automates the business process of processing applications for conducting information campaigns on the portal, with the ability to control the content preparation process, including setting parameters for target audience segmentation.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and maintaining code
• Conducting code reviews
• Utilizing a modern technology stack, as well as participating in its updates based on your experience
• Documenting your code, covering it with unit tests
• Estimating development tasks
• Interacting with related teams (QA, analytics, operations, etc.)

We are looking for someone who:

Has experience in the role of:

• Python developer for 5+ years
• Is familiar with Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
• Applies Django and Django Rest Framework in development
• Has experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs
• Understands OOP principles, design patterns, and best development practices
• Has experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices
• Uses the Apache Kafka message broker for data stream processing
• Has experience with the relational DBMS PostgreSQL
• Works with pure SQL from Python

It would be great if you:

• Work with layered architectures
• Have experience with Command and Query Responsibility Segregation (CQRS)
• Are familiar with writing OpenAPI specifications
• Have experience with dependency injection frameworks
