Tasks:
- Defining architecture development plans within their domain;
- Managing 3–4 cross-functional teams in a matrix structure, with a total of about 30 people;
- Forming a strategy and plans for technological development, taking into account long-term Business goals;
- Monitoring the quality of development of iOS, Android and backend services;
- Increasing the team's maturity level using a full maturity matrix;
- Decomposing technological development plans for teams;
- Collecting technical metrics and developing a strategy for improving technical indicators;
- Ensuring team role fulfillment in collaboration with competence centers (CC);
- Organizing the formation and controlling the adherence to team agreements (DoR; DoD; Communication Rules, etc.).
