NOW HIRING | PORTFOLIO PMO – DIGITAL AUTOMATION & REPORTING 📍 Location: Oskemen, Kazakhstan Level: Senior / Lead Are you an experienced PMO professional with a strong background in portfolio governance, digital reporting, and automation? This is an opportunity to drive reporting excellence, strengthen portfolio controls, and deliver data-driven insights to senior leadership. ⚠️ IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING This is NOT an expatriate role. • Fluency in Russian is essential. • Candidates must already have the legal right to work in Kazakhstan. • Visa sponsorship will not be provided. Key Responsibilities • Lead portfolio dashboards, KPIs, and executive-level reporting. • Drive reporting automation, moving from manual spreadsheets to integrated digital dashboards and data pipelines. • Strengthen PMO governance frameworks, delivery standards, and portfolio controls. • Oversee portfolio planning, forecasting, resource capacity, and performance management. • Monitor portfolio risks, issues, dependencies, schedules, costs, and change controls. • Provide actionable insights to senior leadership to support strategic decision-making. • Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes, governance, and PMO maturity. • Lead and develop PMO analysts and reporting specialists. Requirements • Extensive experience in PMO, portfolio management, project controls, or enterprise reporting. • Strong understanding of cost, schedule, risk, and change management. • Proven experience producing executive-level reporting and management information. • Demonstrated experience implementing digital reporting tools and automating reporting processes. • Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. • Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and governance forums. Advantageous • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, data modelling, or workflow automation. • Exposure to digital transformation programmes and complex organisational environments. • Experience in resource forecasting, capacity management, and PPM systems. 📩 To apply: Please email your CV to recruiter contact.
